In this notice, CDR refers to the cdr.technology website. When you download a publication, register for an event or subscribe to our newsletter, we ask only for the minimum information needed for that purpose; below you can see where it is kept and how to have it deleted.

The name, organization, title and email address you enter in the form; the consents you give and the time you submit the form.
To send you the publication you requested, to run the event you registered for and to send you information about it (calendar invitation, meeting link, reminders).
If you ticked the box, also to send you CDR's updates. This consent is optional; it does not affect your access to the publication or event, and you can withdraw it at any time through the link in each email or by writing to us.
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Art. 5 and 9; for visitors from the European Union, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Your data is stored only with the database, website hosting, email and calendar providers we use to run these services. Their servers are located outside Türkiye; your consent in the form also covers this transfer.
We do not sell your data or share it with others for advertising or marketing. In event invitations the guest list is hidden; other participants cannot see your name or email address.
Until you ask us to delete it, and for no longer than two years. After that, your data is deleted.
You have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Just write to info@cdr.technology; we reply within 30 days at the latest.
